INDUSTRY members are being urged to attend a free event in early July to tackle important issues which affect a majority of Chauffeurs and Private Hire drivers.
The Licensed Private Hire Car Association (LPHCA) is hosting the roadshow which has been one of the largest industry events for more than ten years.
The next event is to take place on Thursday 4th July and will hear from LPHCA Commercial Partner and industry tax expert Gary Jacobs of Eazitax, who will present on the VAT on Fares Consultation, and why all PHV operators and drivers should respond.
Other subjects which will be tackled at the Roadshow include: A Viable National Licensing Scheme, Difficulties with Medical Requirements, Regulations and Future Plans, New Regulations and Future Plans from Transport for London (TfL), Women in Our Workplace – An Answer to Driver and Staff Shortages.
There will also be a large range of luxury chauffeur vehicles on display. These include: BMW i5 Saloon, Genesis eG80 saloon, BMW i7 saloon, Genesis eGV70 SUV, Toyota BX4X, Omoda 5, Maxus Mifa 9 and Volkswagen Tiguan.
All registered attendees are also entitled to a free lunch.
