Marking over fourteen years of working in the chauffeur industry, one of the UK’s most established providers of licensed and non-licensed luxury cars, has revealed a modernised brand identity, name, logo and tagline.
Previously known as Licensed Carriage Hire, the business is now simply LCH. The decision to drop the word ‘licensed’ was made to reflect the constant evolution of the business. The foundations remain but a newer, more modern edge has been introduced with many new features and services.
The changes include a brand-new website, reinvigorated social media presence and updated digital systems which will make the customer journey even more efficient.
Richard Horne, CEO at LCH, says: “We’ve been trading now since 2004. Our brand and reputation has been built on supplying chauffeur licensed vehicles, however, new and exciting business opportunities have meant we can now supply a diverse alternative for the bespoke specialist vehicle requirement. With this in mind we decided last year that it was time to rebrand. We didn’t want to lose our name entirely, as we have worked diligently to build up a reputation, but we felt that simplifying it to ‘LCH’ covers a much broader spectrum.”
The portfolio of LCH’s clients has diversified significantly since they started. Their private hire service is now immensely popular with film and production companies, embassies and security drivers. As the client base has expanded and evolved, LCH has adapted to meet its customers’ needs. They open seven days a week until 9pm and have made a considerable investment in their internal technology which has vastly improved the customer experience.
The fleet continues to grow in both size and selection so that an impressive option of luxury vehicles is available to their customers.
The heart of LCH is its staff. Some 60 people are employed in Elstree, Manchester and on site at clients call centres. The entire team are culturally rooted in providing an excellent service that is both trustworthy and dependable.
As Richard explains “We’re moving forward with the future of the car industry, which is changing at a rapid rate. We are flexible enough to adjust and change with the marketplace and big enough to be able to move alongside the larger organisations to make a positive impact in our industry. Rebranding is a great way of showing our customers that LCH has listened and evolved during the past 14 years. We are all very excited to be moving our updated brand forward.”
