Firm celebrates retention of prestigious award

Airport chauffeur provider, Club Class Chauffeurs, and its insurance arm, Club Class Insurance, are celebrating the retention of its prestigious Investors In People (IIP) Gold Standard accreditation.

This IIP Gold status places Club Class in the top one percent of UK organisations recognised for best practice in people management.

Jonathan Dow, MD of Club Class said: “Club Class Chauffeurs and Club Class Insurance continually strive to develop the skills of its staff and to attract and retain the very best talent. Our people’s extraordinary abilities are at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service to our passengers and the business travel market across the UK. Retaining our Investors in People Gold standard acknowledges our most precious resource, our people.”

Club Class Chauffeurs first achieved the Investors In People standard in March 2011. Three years later in 2014 it achieved the Gold standard for Investors in People – the highest accolade awarded to companies who partake in the best practice framework.

The internationally recognised Investors in People accreditation is the global standard for people management  – defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people for sustained success.

In the last two years Club Class Chauffeurs has expanded rapidly with a new operational hub at Heathrow Airport joining its existing  operational hubs in Sussex, Gloucestershire and Leicestershire.  It has secured numerous key UK blue chip accounts to include NEXT, Superdry, Just Go Holidays and Uniglobe. The organisation also recently celebrated a prestigious Business Travel Awards final earlier this year.
