As a VIP chauffeur you will drive one of our luxury cars for the chief director. For this position you must be flexible, reliable and willing to drive various locations throughout Scotland and other places as well if necessary.

You should have minimum of a 2 years experience driving Class II, which would be bonus but not essential. Your role as an administrator and assistant:

This role will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive. Main responsibilities will include management of Chief Executive’s personal documentation, minute taking of meetings & support of the sales executive team.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of working within a similar role. Experience of management of documentation is essential. You will be organised, professional & strong individual who can work well in a busy & demanding environment. Excellent IT skills are essential. You must have a car and a full clean driving licence.

Your duties will include when you will not be driving:
Assist the sales executives in all administration tasks and responsibilities
Process all client and customer information accurately an efficiently
Support the field sales consultants by phone fax and email
Answer all customer and client queries and enquiries
Maximise all sales opportunities generating leads to pass on to the sales team

Essential Skills:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
First class communication skills
Advanced use of MS packages and Excel
Proven track record in a sales administration role
Underwriting skills would be advantageous
