COIF announced for Expedition limo

THECHAUFFEUR.COM NEWS: A UK limo conversion company famous for obtaining a Certificate of Initial Fitness (COIF) on the Hummer limousine has announced it can now convert the Ford Expedition.

Pinnacle Engineering, based in Manchester has worked hard over the past five years to meet the COIF regulations for the Hummer limo, and the addition of another model will now allow the industry to operate a wider variety of 4×4 vehicles.

The conversions on the Ford Expedition are being offered by the company for £9,995 which proves to be a big saving on the Hummer conversions.

Tests were recently completed at MIRA Proving Ground and a number of Expeditions are currently being worked on at the Manchester workshop. The news comes following a major contract was agreed to convert A1 Limo’s entire fleet of Hummer limousines to COIF standards.

An announcement is expected soon on a further COIF development on other limousine models.
